Monster Cookie Dough Dip – Guest Posting on Southern Mom Cooks {#glutenfree}

It’s time for the monsters of the gridiron to get back on the field, so I’ve got some Monster Cookie Dough Dip for you.

We are huge college football fans in my house, so I love a good tailgate.  And when I am thinking gameday snacks, I’m thinking dip.  So why not a dip for dessert?  Just save a few of those pretzels, make some cinnamon sugar tortilla chips, or find these awesome chocolate tortilla chips!

You’ve seen those recipes for Monster Cookies, right?  Basically they are a peanut butter oatmeal cookie loaded with chocolate chips and M&M’s or other candies.  Well, imagine a bowl full of the cookie dough.  Sure, this dip is packed with chocolate and peanut buttery goodness, but it’s actually made with a secret ingredient and doesn’t have any flour.  What the what?!?!  Yup…  trust me on this one!

Since it is also #BackToSchoolWeek, this would also make a super-fun after school snack with some fruit or graham crackers.  Heck, it’s chickpeas – I sent it to camp with my little guy for lunch on some apple slices.  Pay no attention to the M&M’s in my kid’s lunchbox :-)
