About Brianne
Brianne is the full-time owner and publisher of Cupcakes & Kale Chips. She started her adult life as a Chemical Engineer working in the pharmaceutical industry. Then she combined her desire to learn, her strength in picking up new skills and knowledge, and her love of mixing things up to create something new and funneled that into her passion for food. Creating and sharing recipes on the blog since 2012, Brianne is always inspired by simplifying a busy life and sitting around the dinner table together. This also means balancing her gluten-free needs with a husband and two growing boys who are always hungry and can eat anything, but won’t eat everything.
