Hello Everyone! My name is Alyssa and I am the owner and blogger of Cooking From A SAHM, and you can also find me on Facebook. Today I’m bringing you my Mozzarella Stuffed Garlic Rolls.
Mozzarella Stuffed Garlic Rolls
Brianne was in need of a guest blogger and I was thrilled to help her. Brianne and I have known each other for a few years now and I love her, her ideas and her blog. I enjoy cooking easy meals for the everyday family. I enjoy cooking with veggies and making dishes that any busy mom or dad can make, like my Sun-dried Tomato Basil Ranch Wedge and Bruschetta Pasta Salad.
These Mozzarella Stuffed Garlic Rolls are a simple but yet delicious recipe! There is nothing better then ooey gooey cheese!
Mozzarella Stuffed Garlic Rolls
Ingredients
- Pizza dough I found mine at the freezer section next to the bread dough. But you can make your own
- 1 block of mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup garlic oil olive oil, or melted butter (I found this at a local store. If you can't find it in your stores just use butter, with the garlic seasoning in the following)
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 3 Tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt or garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
- Marinara sauce for serving if desired
Instructions
- Cut your Mozzarella into semi medium chunks. Not too huge because you have to wrap dough around it.
- Roll your pizza dough into a cylinder. Cut into four chunks and then cut into thirds.
- Wrap one of the dough balls around the mozzarella cheese, making sure you make a tight seal. Place in a pan. I used a 10 inch pie plate.
- Repeat with remaining dough balls.
- Mix your oil or butter with the parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and Italian herbs, and brush the rolls with it.
- When you have used it all place it in a 350°F oven till it gets golden brown.
- Heat up Marinara sauce to serve this with.
