Parbake the pizza crust at 450°F for 8-10 minutes, or according to your recipe or package directions.
Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the crust.
Scatter shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Lay the slices of pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella plus parmesan cheese over the pepperoni layer.
Return the pizza to the oven for another 10-12 minutes.
Garnish with oregano, basil, or parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
