Uou can make this tuna noodle casserole a full meal by adding a salad, fruit, a bowl of soup, or a side of vegetables!
Cook the noodles to al dente.
In a saucepan, cook the vegetables until soft.
Stir in the cassava flour then add the stock, milk, and cream cheese.
Cook until a thick sauce forms. Add the frozen peas.
Stir in the pasta, and drained tuna.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with the grated cheddar and parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 425°F until the casserole is fully heated through and the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbly.
