Add honey and yeast packet to warm milk. Stir well and allow to sit for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
In a stand mixer, beat the eggs, then blend in the sugar and oil.
Pour the bag of bread mix into the mixer bowl and blend until incorporated.
Blend in the yeast mixture, followed by the melted butter, to form a smooth, thick batter.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Scoop into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
Let it rise in a warm place until it reaches the top of the pan. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
Cool the bread completely in the loaf pan, about 2 hours.
Use your briocjhe for French toast, or slice it and slather with butter or jam.
