  • 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (approx. 2 limes)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon honey or agave nectar for vegan
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds


  • Combine all of the ingredients except poppy seeds in a blender or mini food processor, and blend till pureed and emulsified.
  • Stir in poppy seeds.
