Healthy Hummus Dip

Layer a handful of flavorful and colorful ingredients and get some crackers or vegetables to dip for an easy appetizer or snack,

Ingredients

  • A family size container of roasted red pepper or roasted garlic hummus I like the Sabra brand
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • chopped red onion to taste
  • 1 small tub of feta cheese
  • kalamata olives ,chopped

Instructions

  • Spread a layer of hummus on the bottom of a dish with sides. Sprinkle red pepper, kalamata olives, cucumber, onion and feta cheese on top. Serve with pita or bagel chips.
