Chef's Salad Lettuce Wraps

Turning your favorite salad recipe into finger food makes it even more fun and delicious.

  • 2 heads Bibb lettuce 16 leaves
  • 8 slices deli ham cut into thin strips
  • 8 slices deli turkey cut into thin strips
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese shredded or crumbled
  • 1 hard boiled egg chopped
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes About 16-20 tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 small carrot shredded
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing or your salad dressing of choice. (Link to Greek Yogurt Ranch in instructions)


  • Place the lettuce leaves onto plates or a serving platter, divide the lunch meats, cheese, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, and carrots between the leaves, and drizzle with the salad dressing.
  • Alternatively, place all of the ingredients in bowls and let everyone make their own.
