Raspberry Mocha Latte Overnight Oats

An easy make-ahead breakfast with indulgent coffee and chocolate flavor, but is healthy and packed with superfoods.

  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1/4 cup milk I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar honey, Stevia, or other sweetener of choice, or to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats certified gluten free, if necessary
  • 1/2 cup Cascadian Farm frozen organic Red Raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips. optional


  • In a jar or small bowl, stir together the coffee, milk, Greek yogurt, sugar or sweetener, and cocoa powder.
  • Stir in the oats and chia seeds, then gently stir in the frozen raspberries.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight, or up to several days.
  • If desired, top with cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips before serving.
