Crepes are like pancakes, but thinner. They come from European cuisine, and can be sweet or savory. Today, we're filling these gluten-free crepes with strawberries and Nutella!
Let's start by preparing the batter. Place the batter ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Then, let the batter rest for about half an hour.
Melt some butter in a skillet, pour some of the crepe batter into it, and swirl it to form a circle. Cook until you see bubbles forming on the surface, then flip the crepe.
Cook for another minute or so until both sides are golden brown. Then, repeat the process with the rest of the batter.
Finally, spread some Nutella onto the bottom half of the crepes, and add strawberry slices.
Sprinkle some powdered sugar over the top of the crepes, add some more fresh strawberries on the side, and enjoy!
