Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

What is shrimp boil?

It's a Southern classic that cooks shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes all together in a large pot of flavorful broth and plenty of Cajun or Old Bay Seasoning. This recipe transforms it into a simple meal to make on one pan right in the oven.

Season the Shrimp

Combine the herbs and spices. Sprinkle some over the shrimp and toss to coat. Set aside.

Season Everything Else

Spread corn, sausage, and potatoes on a sheet pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with more of the spice mix.

Start Roasting

Toss to coat and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Add the Shrimp

Give everything a toss, then add the shrimp. Bake for another 6-8 minutes.

Garnish the Shrimp Boil

After the shrimp is pink, remove from the oven. Add lemon and parsley.

Serve and Enjoy

Spoon onto plates and serve while still warm with exta lemon, if desired.
