Using frozen fruit means you don’t have to use ice to thicken your smoothie, so you won’t dilute the flavor. You can buy bags of frozen berries and even banana slices at the grocery store, but you can also freeze your own.
Combine berries, banana, yogurt, peanut butter, water or milk, and the greens, if you ar eusing them, in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add a little extra water or milk to thin it out, if desired.
Pour into a glass, garnish with more peanut butter or berries, if you like.
