You can't beat the speed or convenience. You don't have multiple pots and pans to clean up or a smoker to tend to. It comes out deliciously juicy and full of flavor every time. You'll never make it another way again.
Add the chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings to the Instant Pot. Then place the chicken in the liquid and coat it with the mixture.
Drizzle some of your favorite BBQ sauce over the chicken. Close the valve and set it to MANUAL (or PRESSURE COOK on HIGH) for 20 minutes.
Release the pressure, then remove the chicken to a plate. Shred it with a fork.
Return the chicken to the Instant Pot and add more sauce. Toss to coat.
Pile it on buns or salads, spoon it into tacos or lettuce wraps, make pizza or nachos, and so much more!
