Are roasted carrots gluten free?

Stir the honey, oil, vinegar, and salt together in a small bowl.

Pour Sauce

Pour sauce over cut carrots in a bowl and toss to coat evenly.

Prepare for Baking

Spread the carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake

Bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until they reach your desired tenderness.

Store Leftovers
