This recipe is so easy, and gives you a rich, creamy, and delicious ice cream cake that might just be better than Carvel or Dairy Queen. It starts with a no-churn ice cream base that is made by folding sweetened condensed milk into whipped cream!
Start by mixing vanilla extract with half the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder and vanilla with the other half.
Whip half the cream and gently fold in the chocolate mixture.
Pour the chocolate ice cream base into a springform pan lined with plastic wrap and spread evenly. Put in the freezer.
Fold vanilla sweetened condensed milk mixture into the other half of the whipped cream.
Add a layer of fudge sauce on top of the chocolate layer.
Pour the vanilla ice cream mixture on top of the fudge. Spread evenly and return to the freezer until frozen.
Cover the frozen cake with more whipped cream and sprinkles. Freeze again.
Cut the cake into slices and get ready to celebrate!
