This recipe has many of the ingredients of classic Caesar dressing - parmesan, garlic, and lemon. But instead of mayo or raw eggs, it gets its creamy consistency from Greek yogurt and a little olive oil. Worcestershire sauce provides the bit of umami flavor instead of anchovies.
Add the yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, parmesan, Worcestershire, and salt to a bowl.
Stir everything until it is smooth and creamy.
Spoon it over or toss with your favorite salad greens.
It also makes a great dip for veggies or marinade for chicken.
