Try a yogurt marinade! The yogurt helps to keep the chicken moist, and is also a great way to infuse the meat with your favorite flavors. This recipe uses lemon, garlic and any fresh herbs you have on hand!
Place the chicken in a plastic bag and add the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, herbs, and salt and pepper.
Seal the bag and mix everything around. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8-10 hours.
Preheat grill to high. Wipe off some excess marinade and place on the grill. Reduce heat to medium and grill 3-4 minutes per side to an internal templerature of 165°F.
Serve with your favorite sides, on a salad or rice bowls, in wraps or sandwiches, and much more!
