What is the best way to cook flat iron steak?

Flat iron steak is a well-marbled cut from the shoulder area. While it lends itself to many diffeent cooking methods, grilling really highlights its rich flavor. To add even more juiciness and a smoky-sweet crust, this easy balsamic marinade is ideal!

Make the Marinade

Combine the marinade ingredients in a zip-top bag or a shallow dish and mix them together.

Marinate the Steak

Add the steak and coat it throughly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
