These muffins are made with fresh or frozen strawberries - use whichever you like! We'll also mix in buttermilk and Greek yogurt to add a little tangy flavor!
Start by whisking together the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in separate bowls. Then, slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Next fold in the strawberry pieces, stirring just until everything is combined.
Pour the batter into the muffin tin, making sure to fill the wells evenly. Tap the pan once on the counter before you put it in the oven to get rid of air bubbles!
Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool, and then enjoy them with a cup of coffee or some fresh fruit!
