Ingredients – 1 medium head cauliflower (about 5-6 cups in florets) – 2-4 Tablespoons olive oil – 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning – 1 ½ teaspoons paprika – 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for stronger flavor, use 1 medium garlic clove, minced) – 1 teaspoon onion powder – Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Trim the cauliflower head by cutting out the thick stem and removing the leaves. Cut into bite-size florets.
In a large bowl or zip lock bag, combine cauliflower, oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything around to make sure cauliflower is coated thoroughly.
Transfer the cauliflower into the basket and air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even frying.
The cauliflower should be crisp-tender and slightly charred. Cook 2 more minutes if needed.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve on its own or with your favorite dips.
