Blend the Cream Cheese

Combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla bean paste, and blend till smooth.

Whip the Cream

In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks.

Make the Base

Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream.

Freeze the Ice Cream
