What is Bang Bang Sauce?
From the classic Bonefish Grill appetizer, Bang Bang Shrimp, it's a creamy, sweet, and spicy sauce made from mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. But this recipe replaces most of the mayo with Greek yogurt. It's just as creamy, but healthier!
Combine the Ingredients
Add the Greek yogurt, mayo, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, and Sriracha to a mixing bowl.
Stir it Up
Blend the ingredients together until smooth and uniform.
Slather, Drizzle, or Dip
Use it as a sauce for grilled meats or seafood or roasted veggies. Dip onion rings, French fries, and appetizers. Drizzle on burgers and so much more.
