Ingredients  – 1-1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 3 large breasts) – 2 tbsp olive oil – 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted – 1 tbsp paprika – 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper – 1/2 tbsp garlic powder – 1/2 tbsp onion powder – 1 tsp Kosher salt – 1 tsp black pepper – 1/2 tsp dried oregano – 1/2 tsp dried basil – Garnish with lemon and parsley Instead of the seasonings you can use 3 Tablespoons blackening spice.

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish or oven-safe skillet.

Make the seasoning

 In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, and herbs and spices, and mix together.

Coat the chicken
