This recipe contains peanut butter, soy sauce, oil, hot sauce, lime juice, ginger, and garlic. You can also add honey or another sweetener, if you like.
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Gradually increase the speed of the blender or food processor, blending until the sauce is creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Use as a dip or sauce for chicken satay, spring rolls, lettuce wraps, stir fries, grilled meats or veggies, and so much more.
