I use the Cosori XL 5.8 Qt air fryer. It has a nice, large and deep basket. While cooking multiple batches does make for crispier fries, in a pinch you can put an entire pound of fries in here and they still cook pretty well.
Wash and dry the carrots. Next, peel and then cut the carrots into “fries” or spears about 3 inches long and a quarter-inch thick.
Combine the carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Place the carrots in preheated air fryer. Cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping the carrots every 5 minutes or so.
Transfer the cooked carrots to a serving dish. If you’d like, you can give them a sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
Serve right away with your favorite dipping sauce.
