Air Fryer Gluten Free Pizza Rolls

Are you looking for a perfect after school snack?

My kids love these as an after school snack. And it’s no secret that we adults love them too! These pizza rolls disappear in minutes whenever I place them out at potlucks and parties. They’re the perfect finger food for dipping and munching.

Make the Pizza Dough

Whisk together the dry ingredients, then add in the cold butter a little at a time. When you reach a coarse crumble, add the Greek yogurt and mix.

Make the Pizza Dough

Form the dough into a ball and wrap it tightly with plastic wrap, then pop it into the fridge for an hour.

Cut the Dough

Once your dough has chilled, place it on a floured work surface. Roll the dough into a thin, long and narrow rectangle. Next, using a knife, cut the dough into eight smaller rectangles.

Assemble and Roll

Place a teaspoon of marinara slice in the middle of each dough rectangle, plus a slice or two of mozzarella.

Assemble and Roll

Gently roll the filling up inside the dough and use a fork to crimp the ends tightly closed. Use your knife to cut small air vents in the tops of the pizza rolls.

Wash

Whisk together the egg with a bit of water and seasoning and brush this over the pizza rolls. Give each roll a sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Cook

Cook the pizza rolls in the air fryer at 380ºF for about 12 minutes. Once your pizza rolls are golden and crispy, serve them with your choice of dipping sauces!
