Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

What happens when you put corn in an air fryer?

Short answer: it cooks perfectly! Yes, it becomes crisp outside and juicy inside with that perfect bit of char for the lovely roasted flavor that pairs with the natural sweetness. But you don't have to fire up the grill!

Prep the Corn

Shuck the corn and remove all the silke. Cut the ends off to ensure it fits in the air fryer.

Make the Herb Butter

If you like, you can mix softened butter with fresh herbs and lemon zest. Then wrap and refrigerate it.

Oil the Corn

Brush the corn with olive oil and rub it in thoroughly.

Season the Corn

Give the ears a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Air Fry the Corn

Cook in a preheated air fryer at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping after 5 minutes.

Slather and Serve

Smear your corn on the cob with regular butter or herb butter and enjoy!
