Cook The Bacon

While you are preparing the sprouts, cook the bacon in a skillet or in the air fryer at 350°F for 8-12 minutes, until crispy. Cut into pieces.

Prep The Sprouts

Trim the ends and remove tough or discolored outer leaves. Cut large ones in half. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

Air Fry The Sprouts

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil, then add the sprouts in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes.

Finish Them Off

Gently shake and add the parmesan and garlic, if using. Air fry at 400°F for another 5-6 minutes.

Add the Bacon
