Banana Chocolate Pistachio Smoothie

A thick and chocolaty smoothie recipe that's super creamy. Everyone will love these delicious dairy free and vegan smoothies for breakfast, snack, or even dessert.


  • a handful of spinach or kale (optional)
  • one frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons pistachios
  • 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
  • about 1/2 cup ice cubes (or more or less based on desired consistency)
  • additional chopped pistachios or dairy free chocolate chips, optional


  1. Add ingredients to the blender in the order listed (except the optional chopped pistachios and dairy free chocolate chips) and blend to desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve, topping with chopped pistachios and dairy free chocolate chips if desired.
