My daughter-in-law has been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Both she and my son are working parents with two young daughters. I am helping them out by making soup about once a week, a casserole occasionally, and muffins or cookies to put into lunches.

I would appreciate some gluten-free, homemade recipes. Her mother and two sisters are celiac, and it is hereditary, so it could be that their children are also at risk for this disease.

    Thanks so much.

    Dorothy
