Mozzarella Stuffed Garlic Rolls

A simple but delicious recipe, because there is nothing better then ooey gooey cheese.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough I found mine at the freezer section next to the bread dough. But you can make your own
  • 1 block of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup garlic oil olive oil, or melted butter (I found this at a local store. If you can't find it in your stores just use butter, with the garlic seasoning in the following)
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt or garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
  • Marinara sauce for serving if desired

Instructions

  • Cut your Mozzarella into semi medium chunks. Not too huge because you have to wrap dough around it.
  • Roll your pizza dough into a cylinder. Cut into four chunks and then cut into thirds.
  • Wrap one of the dough balls around the mozzarella cheese, making sure you make a tight seal. Place in a pan. I used a 10 inch pie plate.
  • Repeat with remaining dough balls.
  • Mix your oil or butter with the parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and Italian herbs, and brush the rolls with it.
  • When you have used it all place it in a 350°F oven till it gets golden brown.
  • Heat up Marinara sauce to serve this with.
