  1. Kelly says

My favorite brunch dish is an egg & sausage bake. It has croutons that make up the “crust”, then egg and sausage mixed with cream of mushroom soup. It is beyond yummy. :) Great, now I am craving it ;)

  2. Joni says

Cinnamon Rolls, thick sliced bacon and fruit salad! What wonderful prizes. Thanks for the opportunity.

  3. Meg says

My favorite brunch dish is Crab Cakes Eggs Benedict – something that I almost always order at brunch. I also enjoy chocolate chip pancakes!

  4. Alison Miller says

Brunch is my favorite meal, and as you might have guessed, some of my favorite dishes are served during this meal! If pressed, however, I would have to say that mimosas are my favorite, even though technically not a side dish!

  5. Jaye Cantagallo says

Thank you for the Awesome Giveaways!
I guess my favorite brunch dish would be a ham and egg overnight casserole. We used to always have for Christmas morning :) !

  6. Cheryl D says

My fav is french toast casserole. Make it the night before, bake it in the morning and and YUM!! Thanks for hosting the raffle. The prizes are excellent!!

  7. Linda Gilbert says

My favorite brunch dish is mixed fresh fruit! Love all the give aways and the companies that are giving them

  8. says

Honestly I’m not much of a brunch person, but I love my recipe for blueberry muffins with streusel topping. That’s enough of a brunch for me.

  9. Sarina says

French Toast Bake, french toast bread, eggs, cinnamon, heavy cream & a raw sugar topping…That’s one of the favorites around my house

  10. says

How do you even start to pick a favorite brunch dish? Does a Mimosa count as a dish? Because it just isn’t “brunch” without one. I love homemade cinnamon rolls. But I also love lox and bagels. And sausage-stuffed mushrooms. And baked french toast. And quiche. Ohhhhh, I can’t decide! I guess I will go with my cinnamon roll recipe. You twisted my arm.

  11. crystal jardine says

My kids and I like a idea my son came up with. Using a boxed spice cake with bacon thrown into the mix baked and cover with maple frosting, then sprinkle a little bacon on top. served with some mixed fresh fruit.

  12. Jess K says

Bread pudding. Because I can save all the crusts and stale pieces of my homemade bread in the freezer, mix them up with eggs and milk, sweet or savory it is the best. Especially if you throw some sausage crumbles or bacon pieces in there too.

  13. Linda Barringer says

Any type of coffee cake or sausage breakfast casserole would be my favorite for brunch.

  14. Maria Juliana Armenta says

Im from Colombia and there we have for brunch many times, red beans, with rice, beef and arepa. Its called Recalentao.. Hope i win!!

  15. Terri C says

I make a breakfast quiche with hashbrowns for a crust. Then add eggs bacon and cheese. Very good. A fruit salad with a homemade cinnimon roll make a wonderful brunch!

  16. EVA says

I think I’ve only had brunch ONCE, as a wee 7-9 year old. Somewhere around that age range. But I believe I had waffles! And gluten-free waffles would have to be my brunch pick of choice, as I really don’t like savory breakfast dishes. Except the Brits’ idea of beans on toast sounds incredibly delicious….I think I have to make an exception.

But awesome giveaways! I’m really crossing my fingers for the Bob’s Red Mill one! Too bad I only have one entry as I’m not on any form of social media….

  17. Melissa Walker says

Love your blog. My favorite brunch dish is omelets with loads of veggies and topped with salsa and avocado. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

  18. says

My favorite brunch dish would be a toss up between the overnight Pecan Pie French Toast dish or the Crustless Ham or Sausage and Cheese Quiche.

  19. Katrina A. says

My favorite brunch dish is really just all the delish pastries. Scones, bagels, eclairs…ect….yum! And even better to wash it down with a mimosa!

  20. Betsy Barnes says

My favorite Brunch dish is quiche. I love a nice, veggie quiche, makes for a wonderful brunch! :)

  21. Tami says

I love brunch so that is really a hard one to answer, one of my many favs is Lemon Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes!

  22. Bev says

My favorite brunch dish is a tie between two dishes. Eggs Benedict and lobster omelet. Thank you so much for the chance to win!!

  23. Laurie says

My favorite brunch dish is a potato patty, topped with cheddar cheese, a fried egg, and fresh salsa.

  24. Johanna Holland says

I love waffles- you can make them with all kinds of ingredients and I can’t pile them high enough with fruit. But- I haven’t met a brunch I haven’t liked.

  25. Donna H says

My very favorite has to be Swedish Pancakes with Longanberry (sp?) syrup. They are light and thin and perfect with a couple of pieces of bacon.
